Shipping methods

Rizemize ships your order across Iran via the following methods, so you can choose the fastest or the most affordable option to suit your needs:

• Express Post (Pishtaz): delivery to every city and village nationwide, ideal for orders anywhere in Iran.
• Tipax: fast door-to-door delivery, ideal for provincial capitals and large cities.
• Motorcycle courier: same-day delivery for orders within Tehran.

Delivery times

Orders placed on business days are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes same or next business day by Tehran courier, 1–3 business days by Tipax, and 2–5 business days by Express Post depending on the destination. Once shipped, a tracking code is sent to you by SMS.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on the selected method, order weight, and destination. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping.

Return policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. You have up to seven days after receiving your order to return an original, sealed item that is unused and has its original tags and packaging intact. Cosmetics and skincare products can only be returned if their seal and packaging remain unopened.

How to request a return

To return an item, simply share your order number and the reason for the return through our contact page or by submitting a ticket. After our specialists review and approve it, your payment is refunded within a few business days or a replacement item is shipped to you.
